From A1 Motorway: Take junction 16. Travel towards Yaxley through all traffic lights, do not turn of this road at all when you come to roundabouts, take the last exit of all roundabouts and carry on this road past the Territorial Army building. Carry on until you come to Charlotte House on your left hand side.
